Ingredients:
1. bag (200 grams I think) of mixed grains from Holland and
Barrett
2. 800 grams of beef, diced
3. One big chunk of ginger, chopped
4. 3 garlic cloves, chopped
5. A small piece (one fingertip cut off 1/2 way down nail
- yuk!!) scotch
bonnet chilli, chopped
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a big pot with about 2 1/2 to 3 litres
of water.
Cook on a very low fire for about 4 hours.
Serve with soy sauce and freshly ground pepper.
(If this doesn't keep all the colds away... I don't know
what would!!)
