Nirvana
by Mani Negro

Sleep,
Sleep my Dear,
Once I have loved
Sleep, sleep my angel,
So young.
Once there was joy in our hearts

Tangling in the wind,
And falling in spins
The magic has broken,
And left no goodbyes

I wasn’t watching,
How could I know?
The future to be.

Now
I see you lively
Talking the streets
I see you breathing
The life and its fists,
I see you smiling
When all hope is gone
I see you fighting!

I miss you my dear
And all that you
Were
I miss you
And I hardly can bear
The lost that was forced
Upon us so!

May you find peace,
In heaven
My dear,
For there- you belong!
